The decorated rooms and halls of the palace show how the Oranges lived and worked there for 300 years. The Baroque gardens are symmetrically laid out after the 17th century example and unique in the Netherlands! The Stables & Coach Houses are located on the Stables Square, which were built by order of Queen Wilhelmina (1880-1962). The museum was opened on 20 June 1984 by Queen Beatrix.
